These terms and conditions explain the rules and regulations for using the Emberlin Clothing website, located at em-berlin.com.

“Customer”, “you” and “your” mean you, the person using this website and accepting these terms. “Emberlin”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Emberlin Clothing. “Party” or “parties” means both you and us.
These terms cover the offer, acceptance and payment needed to provide our products and services to you in the most suitable way for your needs, in line with the laws of Bangladesh. Words used in the singular include the plural and vice versa, and capitalisation and pronouns are interchangeable.
