Every order is packed with care and sent straight to your door. Here is what delivery costs, how long it takes, and what to do if something doesn’t fit.
Inside Dhaka

Outside Dhaka

Delivered within 2–5 working days anywhere else in Bangladesh.

Delivery time
How quickly your order arrives depends on where you are. Inside Dhaka Metropolitan City, orders usually reach you within 24–48 hours. Outside Dhaka, please allow around 2–5 working days.
How we pack your order
Before it leaves us, every product is sanitised and packed in a protective polybag, so it reaches you clean, dust-free and undamaged.
Tracking your order
We’ll keep you updated by SMS as your order moves, so you always know where it is and when to expect it.
Returns and exchanges at the door
We recommend trying your piece as soon as it arrives. If it isn’t right, simply hand it back to the delivery rider and pay the effort fee: ৳80 inside Dhaka or ৳200 outside Dhaka.
To arrange an exchange, message our team with the reason for the return and the size you’d like, and we’ll get your replacement to you as quickly as possible. For refunds, see our Return and Refund Policy.
