Return and Refund Policy
We want every Emberlin piece to arrive feeling right. If it doesn’t, here is exactly how we’ll make it right.

Full refund
If the size you received is wrong, or the size you need is out of stock.
Timeline
7–10 working days
To process your refund from the day we receive your request.
Condition
Unworn & unwashed
Items must come back undamaged, just as we sent them.
When you can get a refund
You are entitled to a full refund in either of these situations:
- The item you received is not the right size for you.
- You would like a different size, but that size is no longer in stock.
Which orders this covers
Refunds apply to orders paid online or paid in advance (for example, through bKash).
For cash on delivery orders, the simplest option is to try your piece when it arrives and, if it isn’t right, hand it back to the delivery rider. Our Shipping Policy explains how that works.
How the refund process works
- Contact us with your order details and the reason for the return.
- Send the item back to us.
- Our team inspects it to make sure it is unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
- Once approved, your refund is processed within 7–10 working days from when we received your request.
We can only refund items returned in their original condition. Items that have been worn, washed or damaged can’t be refunded.
Prefer an exchange?
If you’d rather swap for a different size, message us with the reason for the exchange and the size you’d like, and we’ll send your replacement as quickly as we can. Exchanges handed back at the door carry a small effort fee: ৳80 inside Dhaka and ৳200 outside Dhaka.
